Ford 800 Utility Tractor – Ford 800 Utility Tractor is an outdoor equipment featuring a 4-cylinder engine from Ford with the EAF type. The engine burns gasoline to produce power and is also equipped with a liquid-cooling mechanism. With a maximum speed rating of around 2200 RPM, the engine has the capability to produce around 49hp or about 29.8kW. The EAF engine itself has been designed with vertical inline for the operation.

Produced in Highland Park, Michigan, Ford 800 Utility Tractor has three variants, including 820, 850, and 860. The 820 variant has no 3-point hitch for attachment or any hydraulic system. Meanwhile, the 850 variant is equipped with a PTO transmission system. And the 860 variant has a live PTO mechanism.

The Ford 800 Utility Tractor has two types of engines that can burn either gasoline or LP gas. But, both engines are the same type which is the 2.8 L 4-cylinder engine from Ford. The displacement capacity is about 2.8 L and uses the oil bath system for the air cleaner. The engine also uses a 6 V battery for the ignition system with the firing sequence of 1-2-4-3. To maintain a low operating temperature inside the engine, the specifications called for at least 14.2 L of coolant liquid to be used for the cooling system.

The chassis for the Ford 800 Utility Tractor is the heavy-duty 4×2 2WD with a manual steering option. Owners can also choose to get power assist feature for the vehicle. The fuel capacity of the engine is around 14 gallons or about 53 L. The cab uses an open operator station for ease of use and comfort of the operator while the transmission system has a 5-speed unsynchronized gear system. During the tests, the vehicle can produce up to 49 hp.
